We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Deputy Head Teacher to work in our clients Special Educational Needs school in Liverpool.

The company recruiting for the role are a well known provider of educational and residential services for children nationwide.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record of school improvement and experience in a similar management role.

You will be assisting the Head Teacher in all aspects of running the school and will be person in charge in their absence. You will be required to lead and develop the staff team, monitor performance and come up with innovative and exciting new ideas to grow and improve the school week by week.

The hours for the role are normal school hours with flexibility needed to work occasionally out of these hours to fit the needs of the business.

The salary for this role is a generous £30600-£36210 per year with bonus schemes in place alongside a generous holiday allowance.
