An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy House Manager to support with the day to day management of a residential home for children and young people with emotional behavioural needs.

Working for an reputable and established organisation that provides nurturing residential homes and education to vulnerable children and young people.

As Deputy House Manager your duties include completing supervisions, completing reviews with staff and attending LAC meetings. You will provide support to the young people within the home to encourage their emotional and behavioural development and ensure all paperwork and records are accurately updated on a regular basis.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People and have atleast 2 years experience working as Team Leader/Senior within a residential home for children. A Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £24,900-£26,000 plus exciting benefits and development opportunities.
