Fantastic development opportunity for a Deputy Manager.

We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager or Team Leader for a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a pleasant, small home for Young People, within the Cumbria area.

You will be an experienced Team Leader or Deputy, with a background in residential services for Young People, including experience of working at Team Leader level or above. You will have some experience of working with Young People who have mental health needs and behaviours which may challenge. You will be passionate about supporting people with needs, and will inspire and motivate the staff team to deliver an exceptional service.

You will work with a very supportive senior management team, who will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the role.

This position has an attractive salary in addition to working Monday - Friday 9-5 allowing some flexibility for the service.
