Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking to be part of the development of a brand new service?

An exciting opportunity has become available within a new EMI residential home for the right candidate.

As Deputy Manager, you will be fully involved in the direct support of service users, as well as planning for their care needs. You will assist the manager in the day to day management of the home, and be expected to manage in their absence.

Duties will include all aspects of running the home, including care planning, medication, staff training, appraisals and supervisions, as well as liaising with family and healthcare professionals and ensuring all daily needs are met.

As well as being rewarded with a generous salary, you will also be provided with ongoing training and mentorship from the Home Manager in order to effectively carry out the role.
