I am currently looking for an experienced Senior or Deputy manager to join one of the largest residential care childcare providers.

They need you to help lead a team of Residential Child Care Workers and provide support to the current Registered Home Manager.

Requirements - Essential
*Level 3 in Children's Workforce Development Diploma
*2 years' experience of working in a similar environment in a senior role
*Robust knowledge of the sector
*Full UK Driver's License
*Flexible and adaptable approach
