Job Description

BS Social Care are proud to be working in partnership with a major, national provider of services to young people if their children's residential properties in their search for an outstanding deputy manager.

While the organisation is nationwide, they have a very large presence in the North East where they are well respected. This provision is a three bedded home on a beautiful site in Durham.

You will have experience as a deputy manager or experience of a team leader with ambitions to take the next step in your career. This is working within a team of 10- a deputy , 4 team leaders and RSW staff so a management team is essential to the successful running of the home.

You will be able to evidence where you have provided a safe and secure environment for the young people to thrive in these 3 bedded children's residential setting. Extensive training will be provided and you will have excellent support from other managers in the region and the area manager. You will be expected to act up and deputise for the home manager when needed.

You will ideally have a relevant level 5, although if you evidence your ability to do the role, we will work alongside you in post while you achieve this.

The salary is an extremely competitive £28000-£30000 depending on experience. Benefits include a company pension scheme, health and dental package and a company points scheme where you enjoy discounts from a range of sources. 33 holidays a year come as part of the package for a registered manager.
