We have an exciting opportunity available for a Experienced Senior worker or Deputy Manager to join a homecare organisation in Cumbria. If this sounds like you then we would like to hear from you!

You will be working for an excellent provider in supporting adults to ensure adults are supported with home care that is completely unique care tailored to the individual, whether that is home help, companionship care, intensive care, dementia care or palliative care you will work with families to support them to help continue living in their own home.



As the Deputy Manager, you will be Fully supportive working with the team and management team to directly support with care, manage the carers to ensure they are supported with their duties
You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the management team ensuring the effective and smooth running of the healthcare team.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields ideally from a Homecare service or Residential care. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and would ideally have NVQ Level 3 or willing to work towards a NVQ Level 3. You will have experience dealing with complex situations and can use your own initiative, Thinking outside the box and being able to grow, support the region.


In Return you will Receive full-time position with a salary of £13ph £25350 Per annum in addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments, Holiday entitlement, On Call Allowance, paid mileage.
Mon - Fri 8am -6pm working hours.
