We have an excellent opportunity for Deputy Manager to join a small, established residential home in Bristol.

You will be undertaking a practice leadership role, managing and leading a team in supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health. This is a great time to be joining the service, with a new team bringing the home into the modern day, and a chance to really make an impact in driving this forward.

You will be responsible for the day - to day running of the home, managing the floor and supervising the Senior Support Workers, as well as appropriate administration tasks such as managing budgets, care planning and risk assessing.

This position is 40 hours per week, salary £23,504 per annum (£11.30 per hour). You will receive excellent, well recognised training, amongst other great benefits including:
