Salary £22,672 - 40 hours - £10.90 per hour

The home that you'll be working in supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. You'll be working with amazing and unique individuals who will make you smile with their humour, ability and progress.

About you:
You will have experience in leading a team as well as being able to demonstrate experiences and knowledge of supporting people in a proactive, person centred way.
You'll need to be flexible as you'll be working a shift pattern.

The Role:
You'll be supporting residents to live as independently as possible, acting as a senior member of staff on shift and be confident in supporting our residents and staff team
You'll be building and maintaining lasting relationships with residents and their families. You'll be taking residents out and about walking, local cafes, local lunch clubs and coffee mornings, singing groups, outdoor parks and gardens. You'll also be provide in house activities - singing, sensory sessions and baking
You 'll contribute to the on-call rota and a varied shift pattern.
