This is an exciting role for a Children`s Deputy Manager to assist in the management of a new small children`s homes within either the RCT or Torfaen areas.

As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small children`s homes within the locality, ensuring the highest standards of care and best outcomes for the children and young people you are looking after.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company who have expanded rapidly this year, and continue to do so! Hours of work for the Deputy role will be mainly Monday - Friday 9 - 5 type hours, with some flexibility when required.

If you have the QCF Level 3 in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (Children and Young people) and a strong background in children`s residential setting - you will be the perfect candidate for this role!
