Job Description

Role: Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities
Location: Gloucester
Salary: up to £27,000
Starting: ASAP

We are looking for a well experienced Deputy Manager to take over the running of a 7 bed Care Home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities.

The role as a Deputy Manager you will be the key driver for service delivery and people management and quality assessments, etc. You will have the support from the management and well established team, already in place.

You'll be working within a family-run business with four residential homes in and around Gloucester. They offer long and short-term residential care to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
You'll make up part of an amazing leadership team that has decades of experience within the adult care sector, so any problems you come across one of the team will be able to offer support!

About you
Minimum Level 3 or equivalent
Experience of working in a similar setting and with Learning Disabilities and/or Complex Needs
Strong Social Care background.
Reliability and commitment to delivering best practice, troubleshooting and continuous improvements
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and report writing skills
The skills to lead and motivate others, work as part of a team and strive for excellence
