Job Type: Deputy Manager
Type of Service: Residential - Men and women over 18 with a mental health diagnosis and/or an acquired brain injury.
Location: Neath
Salary: Hourly 9.80(under increase review)

You would be responsible for overseeing a 6-bed home for adults with Mental health

You will be Responsible for supporting the home manager in their duties and, by agreement, for providing cover for the home manager in their absence.
Assist in the effective administration of the home including supporting the home manager with weekly returns.
Arrange shift cover at short notice due to sickness and/or absence.
To have a strong, settled and cohesive staff team with enough numbers and skill always mix to support clients assessed needs

If you have the QCF Level 3 in Leadership and Management or equivalent and working towards or willing to work towards level 5, and have experience within a similar role, you may be perfect for this role.
