Deputy Manager Role - Ramsbottom, Bury

Our client is a social enterprise offering "clinically informed practice" through the medium of education, fostering and residential care. Our objective is to enhance the psychological health of children within the care system.Recovery Programme is a therapeutic re-parenting programme which focuses on addressing the emotional, behavioural, social and developmental needs of the child. Our approach sets us apart from standard residential child care providers in that it is clinically informed in every aspect of the child's lived therapeutic experience with the specific aim of helping traumatised children achieve psychological well being.

You will be working closely to the Registered Manager. Mentoring the Seniors and the Theraputic parents, Updating and creating rota's. Making sure the childrens log books are up to date and that the house is to OFSTED expectations.

If you are very hands on and not afraid to get stuck in, have a positive attitude and good motivation then this is the job for you.

Driver with your own vehicle, Level 3 in childcare or higher, min of 2 years experience with children

Starts at £22,000 - £25,000 - Increases with experience

Face to face interview and will have to a presentation, you will then be marked on your presentation then have an induction.
