Job Description

We are looking for a Deputy Manager for a residential home for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

We are seeking someone to help run a home where you will be providing support and care to autistic adults enabling each individual to live independently in their own homes, achieve their goals and access activities within the community. As a Deputy Manager you will promote and demonstrate excellence in support and care for the people we support. You will support the team and assist the Registered Manager to ensure individuals achieve those everyday break-throughs, and help to ensure compliance with CQC standards is achieved.

Being a Deputy Manager takes bravery, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
Along with a host of benefits - from shopping discounts to flexible working and a competitive pension scheme - we'll make sure you get excellent autism-specific training and support to gain qualifications to further your career in social care.

You will work to a shift rota which will include a mixture of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Availability to cover any shift is required. You will also work alternate weekends.
