I am seeking an exceptional deputy manager to become an integral part of a good rated residential service for older adults in the Bromsgrove area.
You will join a highly reputable, person centred provider within one their state of the heart, homely residential settings.
You will be employed on a full time basis and work closely with a highly competent and professional registered manager who is committed to making the lives of the people who reside here, as comfortable, dignified and fulfilling as possible.
You will be required to effectively manage a team of care staff and lead shifts, complete all relevant documentation to the highest standard and ensure that all care delivered is of the highest quality and compliant with both CQC and company guidelines.
As deputy manager, you will be required to deputise for the registered manager in their absence and ensure the smooth day to day running of this service.

To be considered for this exciting deputy manager role, you must:
* Already be an established deputy manager, or alternatively a skilled senior, team leader or unit manager within an elderly residential setting and looking for your next challenge
* Be able to demonstrate proven experience of running a shift and leading a team
* Hold the level 3 in health and social care
Your outstanding knowledge and experience will be rewarded with a highly attractive salary up to £28000 per annum dependent on experience, generous annual leave allowance, continued training and development and other exciting benefits.
