BS Social Care are currently working with a leading care provider of nursing and residential care of the over 65s. For the last 10 years they have provided care to enable their residents to live fulfilling and independent lives. They are now expanding their team and are looking for a deputy manager to join their already established team.
Your role will be to manage, lead and set an example to your team. Rota management, update care plans, liaise with families and health care professionals, keep uo to date with CQC and always strive for excellence.
To be consider for this role you must have experience in leading a team as either a senior, team leader or deputy manager. You must hold your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have your level 5 or be working towards your level 5.
