My client is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a brand-new children`s residential provision within TW2, West London. This is an opportunity to be a part of the shaping of a service, from day one, in a newly renovated and spacious modern property, which is finished to the highest possible standard.

Previous care experience is essential for this exciting role as you will be expected to lead and manage other care staff while supporting the Manager. You will also be required to deputise in the absence of the manager and perform on-call duties. As a Deputy Manager, you must have the Level 3 Diploma in Children`s Residential Care or possess a recognised Social Work qualification.
A full UK driving license is essential for the role.
Requirements for DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulation and safer recruitment best practice.
Rates of pay are £28,000.00 to £35,000.00 per year (depending on experience) plus a sleep-in rate of £52 per night. This role requires you to be able to work evenings and weekends.
