My client is looking for an individual to join the team at their 7 bedded residential care home for young adults between the ages 8-18.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a deputy manager within a children's residential home, well knowledged on dealing with challenging behaviour and hold an NVQ Lvl 3 in Children and Young Adults.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Salary - £30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Broadstairs
