An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to manage a Residential home for Children and Young People with challenging behaviour and mental health needs.

Working for an organisation that provides high quality, highly nurturing and life changing residential childcare in small homely environments.

Your duties as Deputy Manager include managing a team of 10 staff members, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery with a view to supporting the positive development of the staff, service and organisation and improved outcomes for every young person. You will support with managing the rotas, completing supervisions and managing budgets of the home.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People, have atleast 1 years experience as a Team Leader of a Residential service and hold a Full UK Driving License with access to a car.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday with a starting salary of £24,000-£28,000 plus excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
