We are working with a leading UK care provider on their search for a Deputy Manager for a five bedded residential service for adults with learning disabilities within the Corby area.
As the Deputy manager your duties will include to lead a team of staff and to have responsibility for the smooth running of the shift whilst ensuring individuals` needs, choices and dignity are central to everything you do. You will work in accordance with company policies and procedures, attend team meetings, training courses and complete online e-learning as requested by your manager.
The successful person will have experience in leading a team, be passionate and lead from the front in a person-centred manner and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social.
For your hard work you can expect a salary of £21,694 however, this can be discussed dependant on experience, career development and progression, pension plans and other fantastic staff benefits.
