Job Description

I am seeking an energetic deputy manager who is passionate about working with people and making a difference to their lives.

You will join a recognised provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities within their Birmingham based residential role.

Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with the registered manager and established staff team to deliver excellent person centred care and drive forward an outstanding CQC rating.

You will act up in the absence of the manager and continually be a positive role model for the people around you.

Care and support planning, report writing, risk assessments, staff supervisions and training will all form part of your deputy manager role.

To be considered for this exciting role, it is essential that you have experience working or living with people with autism & learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs.

At least two years supervisory experience, the level 3 in health and social care and experience of effectively managing challenging behaviours is essential for this role.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary, continued training and development and have access to company reward and recognition schemes.
