***********Deputy Residential Home Manager WANTED in Dorking!!!*********

A leading care provider is currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy home manager to manage their residential home in Dorking.

This residential home is a 7 bed service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and challenging behaviour.

You will have:
*Considerable experience working with people with autistic spectrum and challenging behaviour
*Good understanding of legislative requirements such as CQC
*Able to manage and supervise a teams
