I am seeking a deputy manager to shape and deliver high quality care and support for older adults, some of whom have a dementia diagnosis within a medium sized residential service in Dudley.
This is a full time position that will require the successful candidate to work closely with the registered manager and staff team to ensure a high level of care and support is provided to the residents who reside here. You will lead a team, promote quality and compliance in line with both company and CQC guidelines and maintain accurate records.
It is essential that you are committed to developing and maintaining strong relationships with resident's families and external agencies.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven background within a senior, team leader or deputy manager capacity within the elderly care setting. You must be able to evidence occasions where you have effectively managed a service in the absence of the registered manager.
QCF level 3 in health and social care is the minimum qualification which will be considered for the deputy manager role. Up to date medication training and flexibility to share the "on call" requirement is essential for this role.
