BS Social Care is a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the Health and Social Care sector. We are currently working alongside a specialist provider of residential childcare and education services in their recruitment of an experienced deputy manager or team leader.

You will join a highly reputable health and social care provider. They deliver independent care and support, within a residential and respite setting, for children and young adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy and other complex needs.

The service is a residential and short break service for children up to the age of 18. You will support the residential manager in the supervision and direction of over 50 team members overseeing the supervision and constant skill improvement of your colleagues.

You will ensure efficient and effective multi-agency liaising and also maintain the best possible communication with service users` family.
