Job Description

Deputy manager required to join a leading charitable organisation who specialise in the delivery of care and support for adults with enduring mental health needs.

Working closely with an established registered manager, you will support with the day to day management of medium sized residential and nursing setting for adults with a long term mental health diagnosis in Leamington Spa.


Employed on a full time basis, you will coach, mentor and lead your staff team to promote daily living skilled, as well as emotional and physical well-being.

You will lead by example and work with the management team to increase quality and compliance and deliver a service which is considered to be Good or Outstanding with CQC.

In the absence of the manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service and all registered manager responsibilities.

This is the perfect opportunity for a forward thinking, reliable and highly professional candidate who can demonstrate a proven background within the mental health sector.


You must be able to demonstrate senior experience in similar setting. This job would also suit an established deputy manager who is looking to work for a charitable provider or a registered manager who is no longer looking to hold registration with CQC.

To be considered for the role, you must:

* Hold a level 3 in health and social care as a minimum qualification. The NVQ 5 in leadership and management is preferred where possible

* Demonstrate two years relevant supervisory experience

* Have flexibility to share the on call rota.

In return for your extensive skills knowledge and experience, you will receive an appealing salary up to £30000 per annum, generous annual leave allowance and other outstanding benefits.
