Role: Deputy Children`s Home Manager
Location: Forest of Dean
Salary: £30,000

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Deputy Manager to join a company who have a well-established Children`s service in the Forest of Dean.

This role would involve working in conjunction with the Home Manager to ensure that the Home runs efficiently and effectively to a high standard and young people are safeguarded at all times.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the needs of young people in care are met and to provide a positive and safe living experience for the service users.

To manage and lead the Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers in order to provide high quality childcare.

QCF 3 CYP is the minimum requirement for this role. Working toward or having QCF 5 CYP is preferred.
