Job Description

A well-established National organisation are seeking a Deputy Night Manager to work in their Residential Home in Bideford, Devon. You will be working in a Residential Service supporting adults with Autism.

This role is an exciting and rare opportunity and will be great for an experienced Manager or also, an aspiring Manager with Senior experience. You will be supporting each individual to live independently and achieve their goals.

Night-to-Night duties;
-Supporting the team
-Assist the Registered Manager
-CQC Compliance regulations are achieved
-Demonstrate excellent Care and Support
-Work closely with Autistic Adults and their Families

Candidate requirements;
-At least a NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care is Essential. Having or Studying towards your NVQ/QCF Level 4 or 5 is highly desirable.
-Management experience within a Residential Setting

Salary; £27,400 per annum

This is a Full Time position.
