DEPUTY MANAGER/ SENIOR TEAM LEADER NEEDED!!!!

Our client is committed to providing absolute quality services to adults 25+ in a supported living scheme. The residents have learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injury and complex needs.

As Team leader you are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a service or a number of designated services to include delivery of support to individuals and management of resources within the services.

You will need to have:
- Experience managing / leader a team of staff
- Experience managing rotas
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health


NVQ 3 and above preferred but not essential

In return for all your dedication a salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum will be paid along with the following benefits;
