Job Description

Become a deputy manager for this great supported living service.

Our client are a national provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. They are looking for a deputy manager to support with the running of a 4 bed service in Wallington.
Supporting the service manager you will be helping the service users achieve the outcome of their individual plans and meeting the aims of the service.

You will need to have solid experience in a similar organisation and have been responsible for training staff, meeting CQC requirements and ensure that the service runs smoothly.

The client is flexible with hours but you will be working full time and will need some flexibility to travel to other services in the local area (all within 2-3 miles)

If you are an experienced senior or team leader and looking to step up or a deputy looking for a good work life balance then this may be the role for you.

Salary starts from approx £20,000 per annum but is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
