We have an exciting development opportunity for a Deputy Manager, with development potential to registered manager, with an independent, well-established Young Person`s organisation in the Blackpool area.

You will be an experienced deputy manager or Team Leader with solid knowledge and experience of the Young Persons sector. You will be passionate about delivering the highest levels of care to enable the young people to live fulfilling lives. You will have energy, drive and ambition to develop and grow the service and recruiting new staff.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People and hold relevant experience.

This is a full time position Monday - Friday with a starting salary of £26,750 in addition to fantastic benefits, progression and development.
