We have a fantastic opportunity for a team leader or deputy manager to manage a specialist centre for people with autism, based in the North Somerset area.

We are proud to be working with a leading national charity for a Deputy Team Leader to oversee the day to day running of the centres. The role will involve supporting the manager to manage the staff teams and ensure daily activities are provided. You will also be involved in developing the services and marketing to external service users to increase uptake across the region.

You will be an experienced Care Supervisor with a passion for helping disadvantaged people to participate fully a range of activities. You will ideally have experience of business development within a care setting, and will have a good understanding of CQC compliance.
