Job Description

We are looking for a Diary Manager/Personal Assistant on a full-time, Temporary basis. The rate of pay is £12 an hour. We are looking for someone who can start straight away with an end date of 31st August 2023.

The role will be 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Hours are 8:45am - 5:15pm however there can be some flexibility.

This role will be Hybrid, working both at the office and at home. - the offices are in -
Northamptonshire
Cambridgeshire
Hertfordshire
Bedfordshire
Essex
Norfolk
Suffolk
Head office is in Stevenage and there will be a requirement to travel to Stevenage for regional meetings.


The role will include but will not be restricted to.
- Supporting the Deputy Director or Head of Operational Function
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Deputy Director or Head of Operational Function.
- Support planning and finalising of agendas for meetings, overseeing co-ordination and distribution of paperwork and Minute taking
- Booking rooms, greeting visitors.
- Arranging business travel and accommodation for the Deputy Director or Head of Operational Function.


The role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Director or Head of Operational Function by acting as the primary point of contact and assisting in the management of the day to day running of the division, function or cluster through the key tasks of diary coordination, compilation of correspondence and documents and the organisations of meetings and other engagements.

Key skills - You must have excellent organisations, Knowledge of Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel. Ideally you would have experience in arranging and minuting of meetings. Administration experience, Previous PA or Diary Management.
All of the officer have an staff rooms, A lot of the offices also provide free parking - this can be discussed at the interview stage.

You will need to be able to provide your Right to Work, 2 proofs of address and proof of National Insurance to go forward for this role. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available
