Job Description

Are you seeking a new permanent role as a Night Rehabilitation Support Worker for a Leading Charity based in Lancaster? If so we would like to hear from you


You will be working for an excellent provider in mental health and learning disabilities, rehabilitation and recovery specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with mental health, substance misuse, Ex-Offenders and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions and potential.


As the Night Support worker you will be supporting working with the team to support with care , dispensing of medication and will be responsible for supporting the service throughout the night making sure they have support and also ensure that the security of the project and its surroundings is maintained.


You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the Senior support workers ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields ideally from a Mental Health service back ground or working with Ex-offenders. You will have experience dealing with complex situations and have the ability to use your own initiative


This is a full-time position 36-40 per weeks with a salary of £ 1942 plus increments to salary for Clothing Allowance paid Yearly when joining £400
