Dual Site Registered Manager
Gloucester & Swindon
We are currently recruiting for highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Manager to manage and support across two services in Gloucester and Swindon.
We are looking for someone who is passionate on delivering a truly person-centred support service.
In this role you will support the Area Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and ensure that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards.
You will for lead, and motivate the staff team and your duties will include staff supervision and team meetings.
Ensuring the development and evaluation of training programmes for all carers and staff and manage the recruitment of residential carers and support workers.
Participate in the development of annual operational, business, development and financial plans and assist senior management in matters related to strategic planning, product development, and establishment of standards and policies and procedures.
Within this role you will be required to be highly flexible and participate in the 24 hour on-call rotational system providing management support to staff.
The value of staff is very important and developing their skills through the provision of training and support. As the company is expanding and so there are real opportunities for career development.
Ideally you will hold an NVQ/QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have relevant experience supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs. Experience within a supervisory/management role is essential.
