Job Description

Duty Manager/Night Duty Manager

Retirement Living Plus, Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire

Various part-time hours available

Salary Duty Manager £10.08 - £10.39 per hour, Night Duty Manager £8.72 per hour, plus up to £1.00 per hour extra for working weekends and evenings.

Our Duty Managers play a vital role in the management and smooth running of our communities day and night, helping our homeowners to live life to the full with peace of mind of safety and security.

The role includes:

" Covering rolling shift patterns, covering a mix of days, evenings and sleep-in/on-call night shifts (where applicable)

" Supporting the Estate Manager with the smooth running and management of the development

" Overseeing the work of our Care and Support teams

" Ensuring our homeowners receive the highest standard of service and care

" Co-ordinate and facilitate activities in our communal lounges to our homeowners to improve social and physical opportunities

" Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments

You'll need experience of working in a care or support environment, have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults), and be prepared to work towards Level 3, or equivalent qualification.
