Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge in your career working as a Residential Support Worker within an EBD children home?

Working for a well-established organisation which provides support to children and young people with emotional and challenging behavioural needs within the Rossendale area.

The responsibilities within this role will consist of daily tasks of the family home such as cooking and cleaning as well as indoor and outdoor activities. This will be alongside providing supportive care and support with the in-house education team to encourage the young person's intellectual development.

This role will suit an aspirational thinking, inquisitive, resilient and positive individual with excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and be highly motivated.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Workforce and you must have prior experience within a similar setting and challenging behaviours. A drivers license is not essential but ideal.

This is a full time position with an excellent salary of £20,160 sleeps per month and sleep ins at a value of £50 per sleep in.
