I am actively recruiting for an Education Service Manager to join a leading charity based within their college in Birmingham.
You will become a key member of the education team, reporting directly to the vice principle and head of college.
Employed on a full time basis, you will work with the education coordinator to manage, plan and implement quality education, learning and care for learner with sensory impairments and additional learning disabilities.
You will demonstrate and deliver sound leadership through the effective management of a specialist staff team and will drive forward high standards of education that meets and exceeds both company and OFSTED requirements.
As education service manager, you will participate in the development and delivery of education, learning and care, ensuring it meets with the requirements of both the learners and external agencies.
To be considered for this exceptional role, you must:
* Hold the Level 4 or above teaching qualification or willingness to enrol for one within the first 12 months of being in post
* Hold a relevant degree or higher level qualification
* Have proven experience within an education management role
* Be experienced working with learners with disabilities
