We are looking for friendly and dedicated Care Assistants to join BS Social Care Birmingham.


I am currently recruiting on behalf of a provider of extra care services based in the Shropshire area. The client is seeking staff who will uphold the values or quality care and ensure a home from home environment to improve the lives of its residents.


Duties of the role will include:-

To deliver high standards of care to our residents support will be needed to help with all aspects of everyday life, whilst promoting dignity, independence and choice.
You will be expected to assist residents with -

- Personal care / washing & dressing / toileting.
- Answering calls,
- Building relationships,
- To provide physical and emotional support.
- Complete general housekeeping tasks


The ideal candidate will be caring and compassionate who works well equally individually or as part of a team. Ideally to have previous experience working in a residential care home setting or with Elderly / Older people groups and have a minimum of NVQ Health & Social Care Level 2 or be working towards it.
