A unique opportunity has arisen for a Employability Coach to support people with employment, education and training issues in Lancaster.

You will be joining an established local charity that provides specialist services supporting vulnerable Children and Young People and Adults.

As a Employment Coach your duties include working 1:1 with vulnerable people requiring support with employment and education. You will be creating individual action plans, liaising with local agencies to identify opportunities, organising work placements whilst providing additional support throughout and maintain records of clients, contacts and action taken.

We are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure on own initiative.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a Coaching or Mentoring qualification and have experience supporting vulnerable people with employment related issues. You must hold a Full UK Driving License with access to your own car.

This is a permanent part time position working 18-26 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £21,158-£22,693 plus excellent benefits and development opportunities.
