Employee Lifecycle Team Administrator
Temporary - expected to last 10 months

£11.95

Brook Street recruitment are working with their esteemed public sector client to recruit an employee lifecycle team administrator to assist with an extremely important project within the organisation. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, assisting them with an integral change they are undergoing.

Your role is to facilitate clearances, contracting, onboarding and lifecycle activity relating to personnel needed, e.g programme contractors, IDD contractors, fixed term/agency business staff.

The person

  • MS Office experience
  • Previous experience of change programmes
  • Human Resources experience and expertise
  • Ability to learn processes, transactions and systems quickly
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines with pace and accuracy
  • Knowledge and information management: maintaining excel spreadsheets, databases, records and desk notes.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Team working and stakeholder engagement
  • Mathematical skills, administrative skills
  • Human Resources experience and expertise

    To be successful in this role you will have to be fully referenced for 3 years, pass a basic Disclosure Scotland as well as be successful in Government SC clearances checks.
