A unique and exciting opportunity has become available for an Equalities Manager in a large Secure Prison in the Bridgend area.

The role would involve managing a small team of Equality Officers, with the aim of reducing discrimination within the prison by promoting Equality, providing training and guidance, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with national policies and audits, as well as promoting good practice towards minority groups.

You should be prepared to hit the ground running, but will have a good support system from above and below, and a thorough induction before you start!
