Job Description

Full Time, Temporary

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

37hrs per week

Pay rate: £10.91

The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Events Manager in organising and running a range of external customer events and internal staff events. In addition, they will provide forward planning and administrative support for the communications team and manage the diary of the Head of Communications, as well as assisting with media monitoring and social media delivery.

" Understands how to evaluate and experience in delivering events

Essential Criteria:

" Providing support to the Events Manager in organising and running events including assisting with logistics, manning event stands and evaluating impact.

" To lead on managing the weekly and long-term forward planning grids for both internal and external communications, and coordinate process for updating grids with range of internal stakeholders.

" To provide administrative support to Head of Comms and rest of team e.g. managing diaries, setting up meetings, booking rooms and travel.

" Building a good relationship with CEOs Private Office and other key internal stakeholders

" Assisting with media monitoring and social media publishing.

" Producing occasional powerpoint presentations for Head of Comms or other team members
