Due to an exciting period of growth, investment, and development, I am seeking a skilled service manager to join a recognised provider of care and housing.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of a state of the art extra care setting for adults aged 55 years and over in the Shropshire area.
As service manager, you will be required to register with CQC and be responsible for the day to day running of the scheme, staff recruitment, management, and training, implementing quality and compliance requirements and liaising effectively with external agencies.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experience manager who can demonstrate a stable and successful background in the supported housing or care sector (specifically in services for adults aged 55 years and over).
You MUST also:
* Be qualified to level 5 in leadership and management
* Hold a full UK driving licence, have access to your own vehicle and hold business insurance
* Have flexibility to share the on-call rota
