******Are You a Support Worker with care experience? ******

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker with one of the established providers.
This is an Extra Care Scheme which helps supporting individuals to deliver a high-quality service to customers, enabling them to live life to the full.

The role pays between £18,000 t0 £19,000 (£10.75 depending on experience per hour)
" Working 5 Days per week including weekends ( Shift work- Different shift pattern )
" 37 hours a week - 4 week fixed rota
" The service is based in Hammersmith

For this role you will need to have the following which is desirable or essential :
" A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and social care
" A minimum of 1 experience working in a care
" An understanding of Extra CARE
If successful you will go through all the necessary mandatory recruitment checks including taking out a new enhanced DBS check on you with your permission unless you already have an up to date one registered with the DBS update service.
