Job Description

Job title: Facilities Coordinator
Contract: 10 months after the start date (with likely extension)
Location: Brighton (right next to the station)
Pay:£10.25ph
Hours:Monday to Friday 9 - 5

Job summary:
There are 6 members in the team, it's a diverse and relaxed team. There would never be lone working, the candidate would always be working with someone. We are just looking for safe hands to help in the office with essential duties.

Duties:
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Franking outgoing post
- Using 'Service Now' on a daily basis
- Issuing building passes
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising curriers
- Logging tickets on the systems
- Being the first point of contact for all tickets raised and resolving queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preform day to day administrative tasks

What we are looking for:
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask
- Standard IT skills
- Fast learner
- Customer focused
- Positive 'can do' attitude

Necessary ID:
- In date passport
- 2x proof of address
- 1x proof of NI
