Job Description

Are you seeking a new permanent role as a Support Worker to support adults with LD and Complex needs? if so we would like to hear from you!

You will be working for an excellent provider in Supported Living and Residential supporting Adults with learning disabilities and high and complex needs, they work with people to help achieve their ambitions and potential.

As the Support worker you will be supporting adults with Learning disability and complex needs to achieve their goals and ambitions using a person centred approach, along as well as being In a supportive and inclusion team to create innovating ways to support the individual.

You will be able to demonstrate commitment, passion, good communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the team to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields or if no experience show willingness to learn and be committed to training to working in supported living and supporting adults with complex needs.


This is a full-time position with a salary of working wither 39 hours a week, Day shifts with additional Sleep ins paid at £45
Salary is £10.02ph £45 per sleep additional to salary plus overtime options, flexible work life balance, Immediate interview and quick start date (subject to pre-employment checks)
28 days Annual Leave including bank Holidays (pro Rata)
