Job Description

A well established independent organization are recruiting for a waking night support worker for their 9 bed Residential Care Home who have a `Good` CQC rating near central Gloucester. You will mainly support Adults who have learning disabilities, complex needs, cerebral palsy, physical disabilities, dementia, can use offensive language and may have some challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Support with morning and bedtime routines
- Cleaning and prep through the night
- Being hands on with clients if they wake up
- Full personal care including moving & handling / hoisting

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £18,018 per annum = £9 an hour and £9.25 overtime
- Part time 38.5 hours a week
- Shift patterns are 4 days on 4 days off from 8pm - 7am
