We are currently recruiting for full time field care supervisors to join our home care company and help grow the business.

As a multi award winning home care provider with an outstanding CQC rating. This provides home care across the whole of London we help vulnerable people to live ordinary lives within their home and community offering support and guidance.

You will be carrying out service user needs assessments, developing care plans and risk assessments. Attending service users first call to introduce the care worker and contribute to the effective supervision of support staff showcasing your leading skills. Covering care calls and being hands on.

Due to the speciality of this role we would need you to have experience working in a similar environment, holding an NVQ Level 2 / 3 in health and social care would be an advantage but it is not essential for this role, we are looking for field care supervisors or even experienced care workers who want to earn more money and progress their career, most importantly you need to have a driving licence as driving will be involved.

In return to your commitment and dedication to this job role a starting salary of £18,000 t £20,000 dependant on experience this is along with other benefits such as mileage expenses, annual leave including bank holidays, pension scheme, social events, ongoing training to help with career development plus more.
