Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a fines officer. This is initially a temporary role until 30/04/22 with the chance of being extended. This is a full time role, 37 hours, Monday to Friday. This will be fully office based. The pay rate for the role is £10.86.

You will be carrying out well established procedures to progress cases. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Report work
- Post opening
- Responding to queries via phone, email, letters and face to face
- Data input

The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- A team player
- Able to work alone and use their initiative
- Able to understand complex information
- Good communication skills
