Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Kings Lynn is looking for an enthusiastic individual, to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The hours are 8:15 until 4:30, Monday to Thursday and 8:15 until 4 on Fridays.

The role will include, but not be restricted to:

- Making outgoing calls to chase unpaid fines
- Working through a list of unpaid accounts to get all payments settled
- Dealing with any queries or complaints
- independent decision making you may receive
- General administration

The ideal candidate will be confident in making telephone calls, decision making and using Microsoft applications.

Full training is provided. There is no onsite parking available, however there is public car park near by.

Please note, this job will require you to provide ID, Passport, 2 x proof of address and proof of national insurance, more details on this will be provided if you are shortlisted for the position.

The rate of pay is £9.78 an hour and national minimum wage applies to those under the age of 23.
